HOW TO ORDER FROM WILLOWBROOK LAVENDER
​How Do I Place An Order?
Simply send us an email stating the products and quantities you wish to purchase. We will respond with an email containing an invoice for the goods and shipping.
Once the invoice has been paid we can ship the goods.

​Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you receive goods in a damaged condition, pleae contact us as soon as possible, via email or phone, and we will endeavour to rectify as neccessary.

​Payment and Shipping
Items are couriered within New Zealand and shipping costs will appear on your invoice.
If alternative delivery is required please email us with your request.
Payment is via internet banking. Our bank details are enclosed with your invoice.
Please remember to quote the invoice number for reference purposes.
